廣東省臨床重點?？?。廣東省標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化血液凈化培訓(xùn)基地。科室下設(shè)1個腹膜透析中心和3個血液凈化中心，擁有69臺血液透析機；2005年來出色地開展了嬰幼兒和小兒血液凈化治療，開展了腎穿刺病理檢查治療及風(fēng)濕免疫疾病治療，年開展經(jīng)皮膚腎穿刺活檢近一百例。年門診人次八千余次，年血液凈化三萬多例次，在廣東省內(nèi)外享有盛譽。 　　腎臟內(nèi)科由腎內(nèi)科病房、血液凈化中心、?？崎T診組成；?？朴筛备呒耙陨厢t(yī)生、碩士生導(dǎo)師等組成。 　　擅長于治療各種急、慢性腎炎，急、慢性腎盂腎炎，急、慢性間質(zhì)性腎炎，急進性腎炎，狼瘡性腎炎，腎病綜合征，系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡，各種腎小管疾病，腎臟血管疾病，IgA腎病，糖尿病腎病，返流性腎病，梗阻性腎病，高血壓性腎損害，急、慢性腎功能衰竭，腎結(jié)核，腎結(jié)石等腎臟疾病。常規(guī)開展腎穿刺活檢、動靜脈內(nèi)瘺吻合術(shù)、人造血管搭橋術(shù)、腹膜透析管腹腔置入術(shù)、頸內(nèi)靜脈穿剌雙腔管置入術(shù)、鎖骨下靜脈穿剌雙腔管置入術(shù)、股靜脈穿剌術(shù)。開展腹膜透析及腎移植等檢查及治療。臨床醫(yī)療水平屬國內(nèi)一流水平。 　　血液凈化中心：血液凈化中心開診于1985年，以治療急、慢性腎功能衰竭患者為主，同時也開展對危重病人的各種治療。對經(jīng)濾過血漿置換吸附治療的系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡、高脂血癥、多發(fā)性骨髓瘤multiple myeroma、重癥肌無力myasthenia gravis,、格林-巴利氏綜合癥guillain-Barresyndrome(GBS)、急進性腎炎、Goodparture綜合癥、腎移植后急性排異等病癥都有很好的療效。中心配有血液透析機25臺，開展的治療項目有：血液透析、血液濾過、血液透析濾過、單純床邊血液濾過、碳酸氫鹽血液透析、可調(diào)鈉血液透析、腹膜透析等治療技術(shù)。血液透析室寬廣、明亮、通暢，并配備彩電、錄像、暖氣空調(diào)，冬暖夏涼，與眾不同的場所格局令人感到耳目一新、豁然開朗。 　　腎臟內(nèi)科承擔(dān)國家、省市等科研任務(wù)十余項。申請國家專利9余項，共在國家核心及統(tǒng)計源期刊發(fā)表文章40余篇，并參與編寫多項專著的編寫工作。 　　腎臟內(nèi)科承擔(dān)研究生、醫(yī)學(xué)本科及?？频闹v學(xué)及臨床實習(xí)帶教工作，共帶研究生11人（其中港澳臺研究生2人）。 　　Our department is composed of professors and associate professors, among which one is qualified supervisor for master postgraduate student. 　　Our department includes 2 units, - nephrology ward and blood purification center. It is good at all kinds of kidney diseases, such as acute, chronic nephritis; acute, chronic pyelonephritis; acute, chronic interstitial nephritis; radical progressive glomerulonephritis; lupus nephritis; nephritic syndrome; Systemic lupus erythematosus; IgA nephropathy; diabetic nephropathy; reflux nephropathy; obstructive nephropathy; the acute, chronic renal failure; renal tuberculosis and renal calculi. We also develop percutaneous renal and adrenal biopsies; arteriovenous fistulae operation; peritoneal dialysis catheters placement. the subclavia vein catheterization and the internal jugular vein intertubation . 　　The center of blood purification is one of earliest departments set up in Guangzhou. While treating acute and chronic renal failure, the center also make full use of heamodialysis , bicarbonate hemodialysate，sodium profile hemodialysis，hemofiltrition , hemoperfusion immunoabsorptiom , peritoneal dialysis and so on blood purification techniques to multiple myeroma; Myasthenia, guillain-Barre syndrome, Good-parture syndrome and so on diseases. 　　While finishing clinical medical task, the department of internal medicine of kidney still undertakes about ten residues of scientific research tasks. apply for national patent ten residues .Up to 40 papers were published. Our stuffs also participated in writing chapters of several books.
