北京中醫(yī)醫(yī)院急診科是一個(gè)傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)與現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)相結(jié)合，主要承擔(dān)醫(yī)院各種急危重患者首診醫(yī)療的臨床科室。設(shè)急診門(mén)診、搶救室、急診留觀室、輸液室，配備有專用的化驗(yàn)室、放射診斷室、物理診斷室、藥房、煎藥室，24小時(shí)提供內(nèi)科、外科、婦科等急危重癥的中西醫(yī)結(jié)合診療服務(wù)。現(xiàn)有搶救床位2張，留觀床位20張，輸液室可容納17人同時(shí)輸液治療。配備中央監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)、呼吸機(jī)及除顫器等先進(jìn)搶救設(shè)備，搶救室按國(guó)際流行方式設(shè)立了醫(yī)療搶救柱，將氧氣、負(fù)壓吸引器、監(jiān)護(hù)儀、輸液泵、除顫器等搶救設(shè)備全部安裝在醫(yī)療搶救柱上，優(yōu)化了急診搶救操作的程序，配備了多功能床、最先進(jìn)的中央監(jiān)護(hù)設(shè)備及先進(jìn)的連續(xù)血液動(dòng)力學(xué)監(jiān)測(cè)設(shè)備，可以完成對(duì)危重患者的呼吸、心電、血液動(dòng)力學(xué)的多功能監(jiān)護(hù)，為患者提供了更加有力的生命支持。同時(shí)具有老中青三代年富力強(qiáng)的醫(yī)療護(hù)理隊(duì)伍，對(duì)臨床常見(jiàn)急危重癥具有較強(qiáng)的救治能力?，F(xiàn)代化的搶救設(shè)備與中醫(yī)急救技術(shù)，使祖國(guó)傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)與現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)有機(jī)結(jié)合，為各種危急重癥患者創(chuàng)造了更多的生命支持與康復(fù)機(jī)會(huì)。 　　目前急診科在內(nèi)科系統(tǒng)常見(jiàn)急危重癥，如急性心腦血管疾病、呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病、重癥感染、各種高熱、急性中毒等疾病的搶救和治療中，形成了較為完整的中西醫(yī)結(jié)合診療常規(guī)，運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)搶救手段，又能夠突出中醫(yī)特色。急診藥房中急救必備中成藥種類齊全，使各種急危重癥患者能夠得到更快、更好、更充分的治療。 　　急診留觀施行24小時(shí)三級(jí)查訪制度，留觀超過(guò)24小時(shí)的患者均將接受住院醫(yī)師、主治醫(yī)師及副主任醫(yī)師的悉心診治。同時(shí)保證每24小時(shí)至少4次急診醫(yī)師診察病人，病情變化隨時(shí)處置，使急診留觀的患者得到更多的生命保障。針對(duì)出觀患者還建立了復(fù)診制度，雜病門(mén)診將為所有出觀患者提供隨診服務(wù)，全年無(wú)休。 　　在學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人劉清泉教授、科主任姚衛(wèi)海的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，急診科在日常急診醫(yī)療工作的同時(shí)，還承擔(dān)著國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局和北京市多項(xiàng)科研課題，2006年成為國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局急診建設(shè)基地，與全國(guó)23家三級(jí)甲等中醫(yī)醫(yī)院形成了學(xué)術(shù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。近五年來(lái)共在核心期刊上發(fā)表論文20余篇，參加編寫(xiě)《北京地區(qū)中醫(yī)常見(jiàn)病證診療常規(guī)》。承擔(dān)北京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)、首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)臨床教學(xué)任務(wù)，是醫(yī)教研三位一體，具有中西醫(yī)結(jié)合綜合服務(wù)能力的急診搶救科室。 　　Emergency department of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital—Capital university of Medical science 　　Emergency dpt. of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital is a Chinese medicine and western medicine integrative medical department. It mainly undertakes the first consultation and treatment of critical illness. Now the emergency dpt. has been contrasted as the clinical research establishment of traditional Chinese emergentology, which is affiliated to the State Administration of Traditional Chinese medicine. Under the led of the academic leader Liu Qingquan and department director Yao Weihai, the emergency dpt. possesses a skillful and experienced medical team, which consists of young and middle—aged medical personnel. By adopting the methods of traditional Chinese medicine、Chinese and western integrative medicine and various of modern medicine, the dpt. successfully treat many kinds of common critical illness. 20 observation beds, 2 emergency beds, one transfusion room that has a seating capacity of 17，the emergency dpt. is equipped with advanced central monitoring system、ventilators、defibrillators and other modern medical equipments. During the rescue process of acute cardio/cerebrovascular disease、respiratory disease、sepsis、any kinds of high fever and acute poisoning, the Emergency dpt. is coming to set up a series of medical specification which adopts modern medical rescue methods, and also insists on highlighting traditional medical characteristics. At the same time the emergency dpt. reserves all kinds of necessary Chinese patent medicine in rescue process . All the medical personnel take their efforts to assure every patient can receive the most timely、effective and sufficient treatment. The emergency dpt. insists on the principle of “serving the people, quality—oriented, and embodying the traditional medical characteristics. Serving sincerely and trying their best to make every patient get the most effective treatment and sincere service”. In order to benefit the patients, the emergency dpt. has simplified the hospitalization flow, performs the rule of “ three--grades physician ward visiting”, treats patients by means of Chinese integrative medicine. All members of the medical care team will be ready to supply the most timely、effective and sufficient treatment, and also offer the satisfied medical service to every patient who is acute and serious ill.
